• Supports lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) employees of the Food and Drug Administration, providing an organized way to meet and discuss issues and special concerns related to sexual orientation and identity.
• Serves to represent the LGBTQ community within the FDA.
• Helps to promote understanding and acceptance of the LGBTQ community within the FDA, and improves the environment for all employees.
• Interacts with other federal GLOBE chapters to discuss and address government-wide issues that impact the LGBTQ community.
• Keeps members apprised of issues and events through an e-mail list serve.
